The project revolves around a memory of the library as a space associated with the possibility of transporting myself into worlds through stories of fiction; and photographs as representations of memory. Frames, transporting you into different frozen moments in time and places.

REQUIEM FOR THE PICTURE HOUSE offers an alternative narration of utopian architecture embedded with the celebration of the spaces, machines and inventions that facilitate the creation of constellations of collective memories, of which are gradually fading through an increasingly virtual society.

 

 

A dreamscape for people to come together for the exploration of worlds, engaging meaningfully through art-making, in a repository of images, a house of moving pictures.
